2. SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that products are dispatched from our international fulfillment centers.

Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking: All orders include international tracking information.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
NEXAR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

For UK customers: Orders may be subject to VAT or import duties upon arrival. Please check your local regulations before purchasing.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
In accordance with UK Consumer Rights, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item to our designated international return center.
5. DELIVERY GUARANTEE
If your order does not arrive within 45 calendar days, you are entitled to a full refund or a free reshipment.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and the jurisdiction of the operator’s home country (Brazil).
